Trust Teens Zines · Vol. 01

Your teenager can say no to pressure, out loud, without losing their friends.

The Act of Saying No is a zine teenagers actually read: ten short modules on their phone, 25 scripts they can copy, and a live online workshop where they say it out loud.

  • 10 modules
  • 25 scripts
  • 6 worksheets
  • Five minutes to the first script

Sound familiar?

Saying no is a skill. Nobody teaches it.

“I said yes but I wanted to say no.”

“They’ll think I’m boring or no fun.”

“I feel like I should.”

Every one of those lines is in the zine, because teenagers said them. The fear is real: social rejection lights up the same part of the brain as physical pain. So the zine does not tell them to be brave. It gives them the words, and a place to practise.
